Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. The Customer is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in their own country in advance to check the costs and any import limits. African Cottons Italia is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and inspections, or due to force majeure outside the control of African Cottons Italia.
Please note that for shipments to the United States, any charges and duties
are the responsibility of the recipient.
I prodotti acquistati saranno spediti entro 5 giorni dalla conferma dell’ordine, salvo diversa comunicazione. La consegna all’indirizzo indicato dal Cliente nell’Ordine avviene, per le consegne in Italia, entro 2-3 giorni dalla spedizione, ad eccezione delle isole dove i tempi di consegna potrebbero essere più lunghi. Per le consegne richieste al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, i tempi di consegna variano da Paese a Paese e potrebbero essere superiori a 3 giorni lavorativi. African Cottons Italia fornirà informazioni sui tempi di consegna su richiesta. I tempi di consegna indicati da African Cottons Italia sono puramente indicativi e un ritardo rispetto agli stessi, ovvero l’eventuale consegna effettuata con successive spedizioni frazionate, non danno diritto al Cliente di rifiutare la consegna stessa né di richiedere risarcimenti o indennizzi.
Purchased products will be shipped within 5 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated. Delivery to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order, for deliveries within Italy, takes place within 2‑3 days from shipment, except for islands where delivery times may be longer. For deliveries requested outside the European Union, delivery times vary from country to country and may exceed 3 working days. African Cottons Italia will provide delivery time information upon request. The delivery times indicated by African Cottons Italia are purely indicative, and any delay in respect of these, or any delivery made in separate instalments, do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery itself nor to claim compensation or damages.
Per le spedizioni in Italia è richiesto al Cliente il pagamento di un contributo di 14,60 Euro per acquisti inferiori a 50,00 Euro, oltre tale importo non verrà addebitato alcun costo di spedizione.
Per le spedizioni nei paesi UE+UK, Svizzera, Norvegia e Islanda, al Cliente è richiesto il pagamento di un contributo di 18,00 Euro per acquisti inferiori a 50,00 Euro, oltre tale importo non verranno addebitate spese di spedizione.
Per le spedizioni negli Stati Uniti, al Cliente è richiesto un contributo di 20,00 Euro per acquisti inferiori a 70,00 Euro. Oltre tale importo, non verranno addebitate spese di spedizione.
Spediamo anche in altri Paesi: Giappone, Russia, Corea del Sud, Ruanda, Tanzania, Sudafrica, Kenya e Canada. Il cliente è tenuto a versare un contributo di 55,00 euro, indipendentemente dall’importo degli acquisti. Contatta il nostro servizio clienti per la spedizione in altri Paesi.
For shipments within Italy a contribution of €14.60 is required for purchases under €50.00; above that amount no shipping cost will be charged.

Ai sensi dell’art. 52 del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), così come modificato dal D.Lgs. 21/2014, il Cliente potrà recedere dalle Condizioni e pertanto dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di addurre motivazioni e senza alcuna penalità, entro 30 (trenta) giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dei prodotti.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso sopra indicato il Cliente dovrà inviare una comunicazione ad African Cottons Italia entro i termini indicati al seguente indirizzo email customercare@afartextile.com e dovrà restituire i prodotti ad African Cottons a proprie spese entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dal recesso al seguente indirizzo:

African Cottons Italia, dopo aver verificato che il prodotto sia stato restituito integro, in normale stato di conservazione e completo di tutte le sue parti, provvederà a rimborsare al Cliente l’intero importo già pagato, entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dal ricevimento del reso, tramite procedura di storno dell’importo addebitato.
African Cottons Italia rimborserà al cliente il prezzo del prodotto più le spese di trasporto per la restituzione del prodotto al cliente, se da lui pagate. Le spese di trasporto per la restituzione restano a carico del cliente, salvo che African Cottons non abbia espressamente esentato il cliente da tali spese.
La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali (buste e confezioni), custodita ed eventualmente adoperata per il tempo strettamente necessario per stabilirne e verificarne natura, caratteristiche e taglia, secondo la normale diligenza, senza che vi siano segni di usura o sporcizia.
Il diritto di recesso potrà applicarsi al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; non è infatti possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato (ad esempio, accessori, complementi, ecc.);
per esercitare il recesso, il prodotto dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: etichette, cartellini, tags, sigilli, ecc.).
Fino all’attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel magazzino indicato da African Cottons Italia, la responsabilità del trasporto è ad esclusivo carico del Cliente;
in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, African Cottons Italia ne darà comunicazione al Cliente, per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto ed ottenere il relativo rimborso; il prodotto sarà quindi messo a disposizione del Cliente, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso;
African Cottons Italia non risponderà in nessun modo per danneggiamento, furto, smarrimento occorsi durante o comunque in dipendenza della spedizione per la restituzione.
Il Cliente decadrà dal diritto di recesso qualora African Cottons Italia accerti che:

- che il prodotto restituito e/o i suoi accessori e/o la sua confezione non siano integri;
- che il prodotto è privo della sua confezione esterna e/o dell’imballaggio interno originale;
- che il prodotto è privo di elementi integranti e/o accessori (ad esempio chiusure, lacci, fibbie, ecc.).
Nel caso di decadenza del diritto di recesso, African Cottons Italia provvederà a restituire al mittente il prodotto acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione e, ove già rimborsato, il prezzo del prodotto.
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide justification and without any penalty, within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the above right of withdrawal, the Customer must send notice to African Cottons Italia within the stated terms to the following email address: customercare@afartextile.com and must return the products to African Cottons at their own expense within 14 (fourteen) days from withdrawal to the following address:

African Cottons Italia, after verifying that the product has been returned intact, in normal condition and complete with all its parts, will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the return, via a reversal of the charged amount.
African Cottons Italia will refund the customer the product price plus the shipping costs for returning the product if they were paid by the customer. The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless African Cottons has expressly exempted the customer from such costs.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts, in the original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and, if used, used only for as long as strictly necessary to determine and verify their nature, characteristics and size, exercising ordinary care, without any signs of wear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased as a whole; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (for example, accessories, components, etc.);
to exercise withdrawal, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation or accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
Until the confirmation of receipt at the warehouse indicated by African Cottons Italia, transport risk remains exclusively with the Customer;
in the event that the item is damaged during transport, African Cottons Italia will inform the Customer, to enable them to promptly submit a claim to the courier they used and obtain the corresponding refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
African Cottons Italia will not in any way be liable for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in any way in connection with the shipment for return.
The Customer forfeits the right of withdrawal if African Cottons Italia ascertains that:

the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;

the product lacks its outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
-
the product lacks integral elements and/or accessories (for example closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, African Cottons Italia will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the product price.
